Pre-engineered wood frame panelized homes

In order to provide easy-to-assemble homes that meet high quality standards, Modulex International inc. manufactures all our structural home components within our plants, protecting them from the elements. The components are: floor joists; 2x4, 2x6, and 2x8 exterior walls; interior partitions; roof trusses; and kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Exterior walls can be manufactured and assembled without insulation (open walls) or with insulation (closed walls).
