The Modulex^TM POLAR THERMO-PLUS system (R-145 or RSI-25.5)

Modulex’s eco-energy POLAR THERMO-PLUS system has developed into a new generation of “super homes” with superior air-tightness, insulation, and structural strength capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -70ºC to 40ºC (Celcius) or -94°F to 104°F ( Fahrenheit). This system can also be adapted to create a “passive home,” i.e., one that uses very little energy.

In addition to using soundproof, eco-friendly materials renowned for their sturdiness, energy efficiency, and health & safety benefits, the POLAR THERMO-PLUS system uses the following triple barrier to eliminate thermal bridges:
