Quality, strength, durability, and service is our priorities. They are features that are built into every product. To ensure that each and every one of our customers enjoys these benefits, we have implemented a quality control system covering all phases of production. We use it to achieve the high rate of performance required to meet ISO 9001–2000 international quality standards.
All our products are designed and manufactured to your specifications or according to the high standards of the Canadian Building Code.
We warranty that all materials manufactured in our factory (wall panels, partitions, roof trusses, and kitchen cabinets) are free from manufacturing defects. If any such product is found to be defective, we will—at our option— either have it repaired on site or send you a replacement part (transport of replacement parts as described hereafter). The warranty period begins on the date of shipment from our factory.
Our kitchen and bathroom cabinets are warranted against any manufacturing defects for a period of one year. They are manufactured from the finest quality materials.
Cabinets must be warehoused and installed in an environment where relative humidity is between 35% and 60%.
The natural qualities of wood and thermoplastics may cause them to contract or expand. Problems encountered in such cases cannot be attributed to manufacturing.

There is no warranty on finished opaque doors.
