A Leading Manufacturer’s Vision

A Quebec family business in operation since 1965, Modulex International inc. is a Canadian leader in the construction of prefabricated homes.

Originally an agent and distributor for a number of precut housing manufacturers, Modulex International inc. thought big and decided to start assembling its own homes. In 1968 we acquired the P. Bolduc & Son plant, a door and window manufacturer renowned for the quality and precision of their products.

But soon the Modulex International inc. management team was dreaming anew of expanding the company’s horizons. We put in place a carefully thought-out expansion program, creating a number of subsidiaries to sell our homes. In the years that followed, Modulex International inc. pursued its course.

Today Modulex International inc. has over 20,000 completed projects to its credit in more than 25 countries and enjoys the backing of an expert team to construct a wide variety of buildings:
