Our homes are not only custom designed with your needs in mind, but they meet or exceeds building specifications wherever you live. Taking building standards and climate restrictions into account, our homes can be designed to withstand pests, earthquakes, and typhoons. Inexpensive and renowned for their resistance to extreme temperatures, they are also sturdy and quick to assemble. Our company also manufactures restaurants, clinics, hotels, hospitals,commercial buildings and apartment buildings.
Speedy service
As a rule, Modulex International inc. manufactures and ships its homes within six weeks of receiving customer approval of the price and the final plans—no matter where the destination.
Manufacturing, logistics, and freight
Most ModulexTM homes are manufactured in Quebec. Our prefabricated panels are then delivered by boat, truck, or plane and assembled onsite by Quebec or local technicians. Homes may also be manufactured at our plants in France, then delivered or exported to Europe as individual components or in modular sections. Highly qualified professionals oversee every step of the manufacturing process. Once all the components have been carefully packaged, they are inspected one last time before being loaded into hermetically sealed containers.
Wood control
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) issues a phytosanitary certificate for every ModulexTM home sent from Canada abroad, guaranteeing the quality of the wood. All wood must have been treated and be free from micro-organisms.
