At Modulex International inc. we do everything we can to design and build your home exactly the way you want it.

What are your plans?

Are your hopes and dreams captured in a basic sketch, photo, or on the back of a napkin? Don’t worry! Modulex International inc. will take care of everything! Our team of dedicated professionals will draw up a complete set of plans when you purchase a home from us.

Perhaps you already have technical drawings and specifications? Modulex International inc. will build your home and follow them to the letter. We can even make modifications to ensure your plans comply with local building codes.

How do you want to be involved?

With Modulex International inc., you can be as involved as much or as little as you like, from building the home yourself to taking turnkey delivery.

You, the Do-It-Yourselfer

Our pre-engineered panelized home kits are great for the handyman. Buy your home kit, including shell and available finishing materials, and build it yourself! It couldn’t be easier! All factory-assembled structures are numbered and can quickly be identified using the plans provided. All other items are carefully packaged in separate boxes.

You, the project manager

Coordinate your project using the instructional documents and DVDs provided by Modulex International inc.. Hire and manage your subcontractors to install the shell and available finishing materials, and deal directly with the Modulex International inc. plant for support. You will save money by cutting out the middleman.

The documents and DVD’s explain how our system works and how to construct your home. If you have any technical questions, simply contact your Modulex^TM project manager for assistance.

A joint project

Is time of the essence? You buy the shell and available finishing materials and the Modulex International inc. distributor’s installation crew will put it up. You may then complete the finishing work with the materials provided. If you wish, your distributor will coordinate the plumbing, electrical, heating, and interior design work.

The turnkey program

The Modulex International inc. distributor can offer complete installation and finishing of the home kit, including the plumbing, electrical, heating and interior design work. Your new home will be completely finished, and ready to live in. Note: The turn key program is only available through a few select distributors.
