Estimates

Our team of estimators uses specialized software to analyze, plan, and assess each project.

Drawing architectural plans

Our technicians will draw the architectural plans for each project based on your needs and your sketches. The plans are submitted to municipal authorities for their approval. All drawings required are included (section drawings, elevations for each facade, foundation and floor plans) and necessary to understand and build your project.

Customized service

Each customer is assigned to a project manager who ensures your satisfaction and will keep you fully informed every step of the way.

Supply chain management

Modulex International inc. buyers consolidate their purchases to ensure the best prices on materials, while never compromising on quality. Each year, Modulex International inc. assesses its suppliers using a detailed grid to evaluate their performances with regards to quality, service, and delivery. Production planning

Production planners work closely with our logistics, supply chain, and human resources departments to ensure that the production process runs smoothly.

Logistics

Our logistics experts plan, coordinate, and follow up with our various partners to ensure deadlines are respected. They verify with you that the construction site is readily accessible and that everything is in place for unloading. Modulex International inc. has been exporting overseas for over 25 years. This experience has gained us special expertise in container loading, maritime transport, and customs clearance.
